Shipping & returns

Everything sold by MY GREEK ships from one counter, so the rules are short.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Eastern are packed the next morning and leave our Astoria counter within two business days. Every box is filled by hand and checked against your order before it is sealed.

Rates

Ground shipping is $7.95 anywhere in the contiguous United States and free on orders over $60. Stoneware travels double-boxed with corner protection at $14.50 flat.

Returns

Unopened pantry goods and table goods carrying the MY GREEK mark can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email orders@mygreek.store and we send a prepaid label.

Breakage

If a bottle, jar or piece of stoneware arrives cracked, send us a photo within 48 hours and we refund or replace the full line item — no return shipment needed.
